College or university degree in a related field (includes computer networking, technical support) and/or 3-5 years of related work experience
Level 2 & 3 IT support experience
MCP, MCSE, CompTIA certified
Solid knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and MS Office Suites.
Good understanding of Mac OSX (Configuration, administration and troubleshooting)
Practical knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, patching with switches telecommunication operations, troubleshooting of equipment.
Understands basic internet and client/server architectures
Experience with
