Job Title: Childcare Educator
Responsibilities:
– Childcare supervision and guidance
– Develop and maintain program policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations
– Work in a team with program staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
– Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to ensure program success
– Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
– Stay updated on current trends and best practices in behavioural health to inform program development
– Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Knowledge and Abilities
Requirements:
– ECE education, certification, and experience.
– Excellent work ethic and communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with diverse Staff, kids and parents.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
– Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
