This position is an auxiliary part‑time role within the Precinct Services department, reporting to the Executive Chef. The dishwasher will use commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, and utensils in accordance with health and safety standards, manage dish flow with kitchen staff, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently.
  • Clean, sanitize, and inspect dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen space.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or private club facility, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
