What You’ll Do

Under the guidance and supervision of the Legal Support team and experienced Legal Administrative Assistants, you will support the team with:

  • Creating, formatting, editing, and organizing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing physical and electronic filing systems
  • Proofreading and preparing materials such as briefs, agreements, and client documents
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and deadlines
  • Assisting with docketing, expenses, and billing processes
  • Supporting new client and new matter file openings
  • Communicating with internal teams and external clients
  • Participating in meetings and professional development sessions
  • Taking part in structured training sessions
  • Working collaboratively across the LSS team to understand how legal administration supports the practice
  • What You’ll Bring

    We are looking for candidates who bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn:

  • Current student or recent graduate of a Legal Studies, Paralegal/Law Clerk, Office Administration, or related program
  • Strong interest in developing a career in the legal industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe, and other administrative tools
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
  • Eager to grow, learn, and take on new challenges

    Salary range: $48,000 – $50,000 annually
