Role Description

Leadership roles open for applications include:

1. Volunteer Experience Lead

2. Fundraising/Sponsorship Lead

3. Community Engagement Lead

4. Grants and Recognition Lead

This is a remote volunteer role for a leadership position at the Foundation of International Medical Graduates. Responsibilities include overseeing organizational initiatives, providing strategic guidance, representing the foundation in professional collaborations, and building partnerships to amplify the organization’s outreach. Leaders will ensure alignment with the mission of promoting learner wellbeing and accessibility to resources while working closely with team members to achieve program goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in advocacy, mentorship, or program development
  • Ability to collaborate in diverse settings and manage remote teams effectively
  • Passion for supporting international medical graduates and promoting medical education
  • Familiarity with non-profit operations and resource development is a bonus
  • Commitment to uphold the organization’s mission, values, and goals
