As a leader, you will take on the responsibility of planning, supervising, and motivating a diverse group of Technologists and salaried employees in the Methods department. In addition to HR responsibilities, you will manage financial aspects and facilitate collaboration with production teams.
Your role also includes ensuring thorough first article inspections and continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee a multidisciplinary Methods team
• Handle HR and financial management tasks effectively
• Support production through coordinated manufacturing efforts
• Ensure quality through first article inspections
• Foster excellent customer service with external stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or MBA degree, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in management within aerospace
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong judgment and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
