Job DescriptionAs a Leadership Coach, you will play a key role in transforming lives by providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to individuals seeking to enhance their leadership skills. Responsibilities
Generate enquiries and identify potential clients who would benefit from leadership coaching.
Develop and nurture a team of motivated individuals, guiding them on their coaching journey.
Create and place targeted ads to expand the reach and impact of our coaching services.
Attend global team trainings to stay updated on coaching best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in leadership coaching or relevant fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and team members effectively.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
