Full job description
Fine Edge painting is looking for a new lead painter.
We’re looking for an energetic, hard working individual with a positive demeanor and a good attitude on site but someone who can run a crew and keep everything flowing nicely.
This person must have at least 5 years of experience as a painter and have at least 2 years of managerial experience. This person will be in charge of each site were on, controlling quality and time management for the crew. It will be this person’s responsibility to make sure all jobs are up to our standard of quality and that all jobs are done on schedule.
You’ll report directly to me (the owner) on all aspects of the jobs, although should have the knowledge and ability to handle most issues on their own.
Customer service is our number one so an ability to talk to customers and help with anything they need is paramount.
Should have basic hand tools: brushes, knives etc all other tools and materials are provided.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
