What You’ll Do
- Lead a crew of 2–3 painters on residential painting projects
- Paint alongside your crew while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Manage daily job site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Coordinate materials, paint, and equipment needed for each job
- Follow company systems and painting processes to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Conduct job site walkthroughs and address client questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform final inspections, touch-ups, and ensure complete customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential painting experience preferred
- Previous crew leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, preparation, products, and finishes
- Experience with brush, roller, and spray application
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
