Position Summary:
We are looking for a computer proficient Order Processor to ensure proper handling and processing of customer orders. The main role of the Order Processor will be to process daily orders by ensuring shipping labels are created accurately by entering weights, dimensions, and proper shipping services on an order-by-order basis.This role requires great attention to detail while maintaining a continuous workflow in the order processing system. This role will also include some picking, scanning, and packing of orders.
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can multitask. This role requires the utmost punctuality and demands exceptional performance. If you are someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service throughout the order process, we have the potential for further responsibility after the probationary period ends.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform meticulous verification of all order via Ship Station to ensure they are accurate and complete.
· Remain in constant communication with co-workers and customers via e-mail and Instant messaging apps to ensure customer requests are met across various e-commerce platforms.
· Learn how to properly use the company WMS (Skuvault) in completing day to day procedures.
· Learn and understand the order process from the time the order is placed to the time it is delivered to a customer.
· Being able to access the history of inventory, incoming inquiries and past orders using Skuvault and Ship Station.
· Be able to process orders and generate shipping labels.
· Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve problems.
· Learn about the products we sell.
· Actively identify areas for process improvement within the order system and suggest practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous experience in an E-commerce roll is a must have. ( Order processing, Marketplace Management, Shopify)
· Excellent computer skills (Navigation, Microsoft office, computer short cuts)
· Fluent in English
· Strong communication skills (able to verbally communicate clearly and with legible penmanship)
· Expresses high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· A team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments to resolve order issues.
