Elevate customer service with Long View as the Global Service Desk Team Lead. You’ll guide a dedicated team in delivering exceptional client support across Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Vancouver.

In this role, you will leverage your leadership to ensure the service desk maintains high performance while supporting various clients. Your experience in IT support will enable you to develop standards for infrastructure and lead initiatives for continuous improvement. Utilizing your organizational and interpersonal skills, you will foster relationships with stakeholders and mentor your team to fulfill objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, high-performing support to service desk customers

• Regularly report on KPIs and improve support standards

• Review services and recommend improvements proactively

• Assist in developing business continuity and service recovery plans

• Mentor team members to achieve performance standards

Requirements:

• 3+ years in an IT team lead role

• 5+ years in IT support

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• High degree of initiative and self-awareness

• Passion for exceptional client experiences
