Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a distributed engineering team
• Set and meet expectations with internal teams and external partners
• Advocate agile practices in software development
• Conduct architectural reviews and coding assessments
• Engage with global partners at industry events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields
• Experience delivering software using Python or Go
• Familiarity with Linux systems preferred
• Understanding of modern cloud technologies
• Ability to travel for international events twice a year
