As the Lead Operational Electrification, you’ll report to the Director of Network Operations Planning. You’ll bridge the Electrification project delivery team and Operations while developing strong relationships across various business units.
Your role is crucial in shaping policies and procedures related to electrified rail, fostering productive collaborations, and managing conflicts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop internal networks for electrification readiness
• Build relationships with leadership and project teams
• Collaborate on policies for electrified rail operations
• Provide oversight and support to project teams
• Create a positive working environment aligned with company values
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• Significant experience in electrified rail operations
• Graduate degree in electrical engineering is an asset
• Experience in a network control center environment is beneficial
