Step into a leadership role as a Cloud Architect, managing the migration of our software platform to our own Azure tenant. This is a hands-on position requiring strong architectural skills and technical execution.
We are searching for an experienced Cloud Architect to take full ownership of migrating our platform from a third-party Azure environment. This role involves designing infrastructure-as-code solutions and building CI/CD pipelines to ensure a smooth transition. You will work with partial documentation and the current provider while orchestrating a complex migration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architectural design for deploying application code and infrastructure
• Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform for cloud resources
• Build and refactor CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment
• Plan migration of data into new Azure-managed instances
• Operationalize the platform post-migration for security and scalability
Requirements:
• Expertise in Azure platform migration projects
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline development
• Proficiency in data migration strategies
• Ability to make architectural trade-offs in ambiguous situations
