in every project. We are currently looking to add a Lead Carpenter to our team.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of residential construction experience
– Certified Red Seal Carpenter
– Proven knowledge of Residential Construction procedures from ICF Foundations to Finishing Carpentry
– Available to work full time shifts Monday to Friday 7:30 – 4:00
– Open to take directions and work efficiently

work and problem solve as a team

Ability to
assist Site Supervisor in
leadership
as needed

Ability to
train & mentor apprentices

Ability to
read and interpret plans
– Knowledge of Buildertrend an asset
– Solid understanding of math
