Job Overview
Burton Installation Services is looking for an experienced Lead Appliance Installer to join our growing team. This position primarily consists of new construction and builder appliance installations, along with some residential replacement work.
The ideal candidate will have experience installing a wide variety of appliances, be comfortable working independently, and take pride in delivering quality work with minimal callbacks.
Responsibilities
- Install refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, microwaves, and laundry appliances
- Complete full kitchen package installations in new construction homes
- Perform residential replacement appliance installations
- Safely load, transport, and install appliances
- Take required before and after photos using DispatchTrack
- Ensure anti-tip brackets and manufacturer-required safety devices are properly installed
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude with builders, homeowners, and project managers
- Communicate job issues and installation concerns promptly
- Help maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles
Requirements
- Appliance installation experience preferred
- Experience with wall ovens, cooktops, and built-in appliances strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy appliances safely
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour based on experience and qualifications
