Responsibilities:
1. Mow weekly route making sure the weekly schedule is completed on a quality level.
2. Make sure customer concerns are addressed and accounted for before and after service.
3. Ability to sharpen and change blades on all mowers.
4. Ability to lead a small crew of 2 employees that you will be working alongside.
Experience Skills:
1. Ability to provide the customers with a clean cut with strait lines from the lawn mower.
2. Must know how to edge with a string trimmer
3. Have experience identifying areas in the property that may be a red flag. This meaning using good decision making in areas of the property that will require additional care.
4. Must have the ability to use good problem solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
