Your Choice Lawncare is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and motivated team member to join our growing team. This position involves a variety of outdoor services including landscaping, irrigation installation and maintenance, tree work, lawn care, and property maintenance. We are seeking someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, able to multitask, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape installation and maintenance services
- Install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems
- Diagnose irrigation issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Assist with tree trimming, pruning, removal, and general tree care
- Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and other landscape materials
- Build and maintain landscape beds, retaining walls, and other landscape features
- Perform lawn care services including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control
- Operate a variety of landscaping and tree service equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and transport materials, equipment, and debris
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns when needed
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal, storm cleanup, and snow removal when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest quality standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in landscaping, irrigation, tree service, lawn care, or related outdoor work preferred
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and repairs is a plus
- Experience with tree trimming, pruning, and removal techniques preferred
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials when necessary.
- A valid driver’s license may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
