We are a growing family-owned lawn care company looking for an experienced Lawn Care Lead Hand to manage a crew and deliver high-quality lawn maintenance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in clean, professional work.
Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a lawn care crew or operate solo; operate zero-turn mowers, line trimmers, and equipment; ensure high-quality cuts (no missed areas or lines); train team members; perform basic equipment checks; communicate professionally with clients.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license; reliable transportation; experience with zero-turn mowers and line trimming/edging; strong work ethic and attention to detail; ability to work 40+ hours per week.
Assets: Snow plowing experience; experience driving a truck and trailer; previous leadership experience; mechanical knowledge of lawn equipment.
Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly wage (based on experience); full-time consistent work; opportunity for growth.
