V.I.L. Landscaping specializes in the Oakville area and has been providing high end residential services since 2016.
With our current young team of 12 guys, we are always looking to grow and we have reached the stage with over 5 crews, more skilled team members are needed. We are looking for full time reliability and a great work ethic. Mechanical knowledge and experience is valued.
Duties would entail…
– starting with a crew and eventualy running your own
– Completing either landscape enhancement jobs or weekly property maintenance services (lawn mowing, use of weed whip, mulch installs, spring and fall clean ups etc)
– Weekly Lawn Cutting
– Compensation and bonuses are based on performance
