Your Role
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader, you will lead a mowing and property maintenance crew while working alongside your team to deliver high-quality results for residential and commercial clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining efficiency, ensuring quality standards are met, communicating with customers when needed, and helping your crew succeed every day.
Our goal is to provide exceptional service that enhances the appearance and value of our customers’ properties while creating an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a lawn maintenance crew in daily operations
- Set a positive, productive pace and lead by example
- Ensure all mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property maintenance services are completed to company standards
- Operate commercial mowing and landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality and take ownership of the finished product
- Train and develop crew members
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Run jobs independently with minimal supervision
- Communicate daily goals and expectations to crew members
- Monitor labor hours and production efficiency
- Exceed customer expectations through quality workmanship and professionalism
- Serve as the primary onsite contact for customers when needed
- Maintain proactive communication with management and support staff
- Assist with landscape enhancement projects when required
- Follow and enforce company safety policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Previous lawn maintenance or landscape experience required
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be able to pass a drug test
