Lawn Care Technician – Grow Your Career Outdoors!

At Fairway Lawn and Tree Care, we’re more than a lawn service — we’re a team that values integrity, teamwork, and respect. We’re looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in doing great work.
Experience is a plus, but if you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Apply lawn fertilizers, weed control, and other treatments safely and effectively.
- Operate ride-on spreaders, sprayers, and hand tools.
- Manage and service a route of up to 250 customers.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and upsell additional services.
- Use mobile software to track work, record notes, and communicate with customers.
- Work closely with team members to ensure top-quality results
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a valid MA pesticide license (if not currently licensed). Full training, licensing fees, and ongoing CEU support are provided by the company.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Mut pass a pre-employment drug test and background check and Dot Physical.
