Job Summary:
Jim’s Mowing is looking for 2 reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in quality work, we’d love to hear from you.
- Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy turf
- Operate heavy equipment such as mowers, and ride-on mowers
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as planting, pruning, mulching, and weed control
- Use hand tools and power tools for various gardening and construction tasks
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and perform basic mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations and maintain a clean work environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf care
- Complete hedge trimming, pruning, and seasonal clean-ups
- Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is an asset (training provided)
