Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Eyelash Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through eyelash extensions and other aesthetic services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional guest experiences in a professional and welcoming environment. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to sanitation, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in related beauty services such as body waxing, makeup application, or nail care is a plus, but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring client satisfaction and safety
- Provide additional beauty services such as makeup application, nail care, or body waxing as needed
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures and product recommendations to maintain their look
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health regulations
- Assist front desk duties including guest check-in, appointment scheduling, and product demos
- Upsell retail products related to eyelash care, skincare, or beauty tools to enhance client results
- Deliver excellent guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally
- Conduct retail sales and promote service packages to maximize client engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in eyelash extensions, makeup application, or related beauty services preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within the beauty industry
- Ability to perform retail sales and upselling techniques confidently
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly
- Experience with front desk operations or guest services is a plus
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification or training in eyelash extensions is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is required for some roles
- A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our brand effectively

Pay: Up to $4,059.34 per month
