Responsibilities
- Perform laser treatments for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, explaining procedures, and ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment for clients and staff
- Assist clients with product recommendations and retail sales to enhance their treatment results and overall satisfaction
- Keep detailed records of treatments administered and client progress in compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on the latest laser technology advancements and participate in ongoing training sessions
- Support the overall cleanliness of the treatment area, including sterilization of equipment and supplies
Skills
- Proven experience as a Laser Technician or similar role in an aesthetic or medical setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
- Knowledge of body waxing, skin care, or related beauty treatments is a plus
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and safety procedures in clinical environments
- Ability to promote retail sales through product knowledge and client engagement
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism
- Ability to work well within a team while maintaining a high level of individual responsibility
