Experienced Landscape Install Crew Member
We are looking for an experienced landscape install crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of landscape installation experience, be dependable, and be comfortable working as part of a crew on residential and commercial projects.
Our company performs a wide range of landscape construction and installation work, including:
- Retaining wall construction
- Xeriscape installations
- Full landscape installs
- Commercial landscape projects
- Rock, mulch, edging, and bed installation
- Planting trees, shrubs, perennials, and grasses
- Grading, soil prep, drainage, and general site work
- Irrigation support and basic install assistance as needed
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of landscape installation or construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer
- Experience operating skid steers preferred
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical labor outdoors in all types of weather
- Able to lift, carry, dig, rake, shovel, and work on active job sites
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to follow directions
- Attention to detail and pride in finished work is important
We are looking for someone who understands landscape installation, can work efficiently with a crew, and is comfortable helping complete high-quality residential and commercial projects from start to finish.
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour
