Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscaping Foreman to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping projects. In this role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate a team of skilled workers, and ensure that all landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive the success of our projects, promote safety, and maintain the beauty and health of our clients’ landscapes. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, gardeners, and maintenance staff to complete projects on time and within scope
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including lawn care, pruning, planting, irrigation system installation and repair, and general horticultural practices
- Coordinate construction activities such as soil preparation, planting beds, hardscaping, and other landscape features
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to protect team members and clients’ property
- Inspect ongoing work to guarantee quality standards are met and address any issues promptly
- Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and supply inventories to keep operations running smoothly
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors to facilitate project progress and resolve concerns
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related outdoor maintenance fields with a focus on landscape management
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general horticulture
- Ability to read blueprints or landscape plans is a plus
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team effectively
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; certification in construction or landscape-related safety standards is advantageous

Pay: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
