Landscaper – Full-Time

Golden Door is adding to our landscaping crew! We are looking for hardworking, dependable team members who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors in a beautiful environment featuring stunning Japanese-inspired landscaping.
This is an opportunity to work at one of the most recognized luxury wellness destinations in the world with a supportive team and an exceptional work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Landscape and garden maintenance
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and general groundskeeping
- Safe operation of landscaping equipment
- Maintaining the beauty and cleanliness of the property
- Assist with learning and operating large mowers
Requirements:
- Must be able to work any day of the week
- Experience using battery-powered lawn tools
- Willingness to learn new equipment and skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical Requirements:
(Must be able to do the following)
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Perform repetitive physical outdoor work throughout the day
- Lift, push, and carry landscaping materials and equipment up to 25–50 lbs
- Bend, kneel, and work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions

We offer a competitive salary package. We offer a 401(k) plan after 6 months of employment. Employees must be 21 years of age in order to participate in this benefit. In addition, we offer sick pay and paid holidays.
