Join our awesome team as a Landscape Technician & Supervisor, where you’ll lead and execute a variety of landscaping design projects and Organic Treatment schedules. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on landscape work with leadership responsibilities, ensuring our outdoor spaces are vibrant, healthy, and beautifully maintained. You’ll oversee daily operations, supervise crew members, and deliver exceptional service to clients while fostering a positive team environment. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape design project, maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to ensure high-quality results.
- Oversee irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to promote healthy landscapes.
- Manage fertilization and pest control to maintain healthy plants in different
- Lead landscape projects like garden bed installations and landscape upgrades from planning through execution.
- Work with the crew in whatever fashion to ensure project is moving forward in positive direction.
- Conduct tree care tasks including pruning, planting, and health assessments to ensure safety and vitality.
- Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members on best practices in horticulture, safety procedures, and customer service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care.
- Understanding of the principal of getting the job done working smart not hard. Also understanding that you sometimes must work hard to the get the job done.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Supervising experience in outdoor environments demonstrating leadership skills.
- Knowledge of plant care techniques including fertilization, pest management, and irrigation systems.
- Familiarity with construction processes related to landscape projects.
- Ability to identify tree health issues and perform basic tree care tasks safely.
- Excellent communication skills for supervising staff and interacting with clients effectively.

Pay: $21.57 – $29.59 per hour
