Landscape Technician (full-time)
A Landscape Technician at Cudmore’s Landscape & Design are punctual, team-focussed and eager to learn and quickly expand their skillsets. Landscape experience is not required, but life experience and maturity are highly valued.
Successful Landscape Technicians are hungry to learn and grow, collaborators, proactive thinkers, and emotionally intelligent team players. Like everyone at Team Blue, this person will check their ego at the door and join a team of professionals who adore our industry, working outdoors, daily physical and mental challenges, and tangible accomplishments each and every day.
Here is what your days may look like:
supporting the excavation of a patio by wheelbarrowing excavated soil, working closely with a Lead Hand and Crew Lead directing the work
planting perennials, shrubs and trees in a team setting
supporting our Garden Care team by visiting multiple sites in a day and weeding, edging beds, leaf collection
