Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees using hand tools and power equipment.
- Operate machinery such as excavators and mowers to assist with construction and seasonal clean-up projects.
- Install and maintain irrigation systems, ensuring efficient water distribution across landscapes.
- Execute lawn care routines like fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth.
- Build hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with precision and care.
- Conduct landscape repairs and general maintenance to uphold high standards of appearance and safety.
- Assist with gardening tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while applying horticultural best practices.
Requirements
- Current Drivers license
- 18+
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and landscaping machinery.
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance or landscaping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of tree care techniques such as trimming, pruning, and health assessment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, walking, lifting, and digging.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems, gardening principles, and horticulture practices.Strong attention to detail combined with excellent teamwork skills; proactive attitude toward safety protocols.
