LANDSCAPE LABORER / INSTALLER – HARDSCAPE DIVISION
Pay: $23.00 – $30.00 per hour
Plus Bonus Program
Ashton Pools By Design is hiring experienced outdoor construction team members for high-end pool, hardscape, and outdoor living projects throughout Sussex County.
We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with experience in:
- Paver installation including concrete pavers, marble, travertine, and porcelain pavers
- Retaining walls
- Outdoor kitchens
- Fire features
- Pool decks and outdoor living spaces
Additional beneficial, but not required skills:
- Stone veneer
- Masonry work
- Concrete work
- Grading and drainage
- Pool construction
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, grading, and site work required
- Ability to read plans and layouts preferred
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Hardscape construction experience is required.
Candidates with landscape maintenance experience only (mowing, mulching, lawn care, and maintenance services) will not be considered.

- Retaining Walls: 1 year (Preferred)
- Masonry/Stone Work: 1 year (Preferred)
