Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will assist with a wide variety of landscape projects, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance. Your hands-on work will help create inviting gardens, lush lawns, and well-maintained landscapes that enhance curb appeal and outdoor enjoyment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as edging, digging, planting, and installing hardscape features like patios or walkways
- Support with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes
- Perform lawn care duties such as aerating, fertilizing, and weed control to promote healthy turf growth
- Help with tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and planting to maintain safety and aesthetics
- Use equipment like excavators for larger landscaping projects under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials to ensure safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely
- Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening or horticulture practices
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and tree care is a plus
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing (winter months), and general construction practices is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail along with good communication skills for teamwork and safety procedures
- Prior experience with equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is preferred but not required
- Spanish speaking prefered

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
