Established Nursery Company is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Wholesale Landscape Operations / Foreman Lead.
This position is responsible for supporting and overseeing landscape installation and wholesale yard operations to ensure projects and material handling are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with plans, specifications, and customer expectations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in landscape, hardscape, or horticulture work, along with strong leadership abilities and a commitment to quality and teamwork. This role requires the ability to train and support crew members in the field while maintaining a productive and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support landscape installation and/or wholesale yard crews
- Ensure work is completed according to landscape plans, specifications, and client expectations
- Oversee daily workflow, jobsite coordination, and material handling
- Train and mentor crew members to improve performance and efficiency
- Interpret and work from scaled landscape drawings and plans
- Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure project accuracy and completion
