The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape Foreman to lead residential and commercial installation projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and oversee daily operations of an installation/enhancement crew
- Install brick pavers, retaining walls, sod, plantings, mulch, and other landscape features
- Read and execute project plans and blueprints accurately
- Operate equipment including bobcat, dingo, sod cutter, cement saws, chainsaws, rototiller, aerators, and power washers
- Maintain job site safety, quality standards, and productivity
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 year of installation and/or maintenance experience
- Prior foreman or crew leader experience preferred
- Chauffeur’s license required (CDL preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and accountability
- Ability to work outdoors and manage a team efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
