Job Title: Landscape Foreman
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead and manage commercial landscaping and hardscaping projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with several years of industry experience who can oversee daily operations, operate equipment, coordinate crews, and ensure all work meets high-quality, professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew on commercial landscape and hardscape projects
- Coordinate daily job site operations, including scheduling, material usage, and workflow
- Read and interpret plans, layouts, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Operate and oversee the use of landscaping and construction equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain strict quality control, ensuring all work is clean, precise, and meets company standards
- Train and mentor crew members to improve skillsets and productivity
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
- Troubleshoot issues in the field and make informed decisions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- Several years of proven experience in commercial landscaping and hardscaping
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques (pavers, retaining walls, grading, planting, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing crews and job sites
- Ability to operate a wide range of landscaping and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to clean, professional work
- Ability to read plans and execute projects accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour
