We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our landscaping team in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
- Supervise and work with landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and to high standards of quality.
- Oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mulching, bush trimming, weeding, stone installation, fabric installation
- Manage construction activities such as site preparation, hardscaping, planting beds, and installation of landscape features.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during operations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues on-site, and communicate updates to management.
- Maintain equipment and tools; ensure proper maintenance and safe operation at all times.
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or related outdoor construction fields.
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, and horticulture practices.
- Knowledge of general landscaping, pruning bushes, weeding, landscape installs
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with safety standards related to landscaping operations and equipment use.
- Experience working with various landscaping materials and understanding environmental considerations in outdoor projects.
