Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, pruning, planting, and installation
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within quality standards
- Manage lawn care tasks including mowing, fertilizing and aeration
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all construction, gardening, and maintenance activities
- Train and mentor crew members on proper horticultural techniques and equipment use
Experience
- Proven supervising experience in landscaping or landscape maintenance roles
- Strong background in landscape maintenance, gardening, horticulture, or related fields
- Strong experience in lawn care practices, and tree care techniques
- Knowledge of construction processes related to outdoor projects such as patios or retaining walls
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with equipment operation including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors

Pay: $24.00 – $30.00 per hour
