Nickle Landscaping is looking for a reliable and motivated Landscape Equipment Operator / Labourer to join our growing team.
This position focuses on operating equipment, completing landscape projects, property improvements, and handling client work orders throughout Greater Sudbury.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steers/loaders, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment
- Complete landscape installations and property improvement projects
- Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and material placement
- Install mulch, soil, stone, and other landscape materials
- Complete residential and commercial work orders
- Assist with lawn care and property maintenance when required
- Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Experience operating loaders, skid steers, mini excavators, or similar equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or property maintenance is considered an asset
