Landscape Crew Leader Jobs in Tujunga, CA at So-Cal Ponds, Inc.
So-Cal Ponds Inc. is looking for an individual with a proven track record of leading a crew and building a team. Must have at least Four years of leadership experience in the landscape or construction field.
Applicant will be responsible for leading a crew with daily activities which include all aspects of landscape and water gardens. Applicant would be expected to be able to problem solve on the jobsite, keep a clean crew, truck, equipment and work area daily.
Applicants must be available from Monday to Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Actual hours will vary).
Applicant must be able to lift 75 pounds and stand on their feet for most of the day.
Job duties include but not limited to, installation, maintenance and cleaning of ponds, installation of new landscapes including, irrigation systems, low voltage lighting installation, pathways, pavers, general clean up/maintenance, demolition and grading.
Hourly rate ranges from $25-$30 Starting pay is dependent on experience and skill level. The opportunity for you to increase your pay is available. Your value to the company, willingness to learn and ability to successfully handle your responsibilities are what determines your growth here.
Previous landscape experience and leadership skills area a must!!! Must have knowledge and skills with plumbing, plants, irrigation, low voltage lighting.
Pond and water feature knowledge is a plus.
