Position Overview
This position oversees multiple landscape construction crews and projects. Focuses on planning, coordination, quality control, scheduling, and foreman support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Schedule crews, equipment, and materials across projects
- Support foremen with planning, problem-solving, and production flow
- Perform site visits, inspections, and quality checks
- Track labor, productivity, and project progress
- Enforce safety standards and company procedures
- Communicate with project managers and ownership
- Other duties as assigned

- Projects stay on schedule and within labor budgets
- Foremen feel supported and held accountable
- Quality issues are identified and corrected early
Position Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
- 5+ years landscape construction experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
