We are seeking a proficient and self driven individual to become a valuable member of the Lawn Care Technician team. As a vital component to the Lawn Care Technician team, you will be responsible for the provision if superior care for lawns, leaves, and other relevant duties for both domestic and corporate clients. The successful candidate will also be accountable for cultivating favorable relations between existing clientele, guaranteeing their satisfaction with our services and contributing the the expansion of our customer portfolio within the surrounding communities. The ideal candidate must be currently enrolled in an accredited educational institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake a diverse range of duties related to the preservation of outdoor green areas.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through outbound sales techniques
Attend various meetings with staff and management.
Administer a special herbal solution to areas with unwanted vegetation
Provide feedback to management regarding suggestions of improvement as needed.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and schedule services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
adhere to all safety regulations as required including the proper use of PPE.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
