What You’ll Be Doing
- Shovel and clean up sand, rock, and mud around conveyor transfer points, feeder discharges, and general plant areas
- Perform routine plant inspections within scope and report issues to the Plant Operator or Shift Supervisor
- Observe and monitor production equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Identify equipment issues or malfunctions and report them promptly
- Operate equipment within scope (e.g., skid steer, loader, man lift, company vehicles)
- Pull product samples for quality control and follow strict quality standards
- Perform basic plant maintenance tasks within scope
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
- Support production operations and assist team members as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and promote a strong safety-first culture
- Other duties as assigned
