General Laborer
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves performing a variety of manual labor tasks to support daily operations. Work is completed under direct supervision in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lift and move materials as needed.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Dig, refill holes, and assist with site preparation.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–4 years of previous work experience (manual labor or similar preferred).
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions.
Work Environment
- Frequent lifting of items up to 30 pounds.
- Exposure to outdoor elements such as dirt, odors, noise, and weather conditions.
- Typical setting involves hands-on, physical labor.
