Job Overview
N.E.W Coatings LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Resinous Stone & Rubber Overlay Installer to join our growing team. This position involves installing decorative stone and rubber overlay systems for residential and commercial projects, including patios, pool decks, walkways, garages, and other concrete surfaces.
Candidates with concrete finishing experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as many of the tools, techniques, and job site conditions are very similar.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship, work well with a team, and are willing to learn specialized installation systems.
Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces for resinous stone and rubber overlay applications
- Mix and apply resin-based stone systems and rubber surfacing materials
- Trowel, smooth, and finish decorative overlay systems
- Assist with surface grinding, cleaning, masking, and prep work
- Maintain proper installation techniques and product consistency
- Work efficiently to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment
- Communicate professionally with crew members and customers
Qualifications
- Concrete finishing or decorative concrete experience preferred
- Experience using trowels, floats, grinders, and hand tools preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn specialized installation systems

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Occasional Saturdays depending on project schedule and weather
