As a High Current Lab Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and performing electrical tests on a variety of components like switch gear and fuses. Your expertise will help maintain testing standards and quality assurance across operations. You will also support the maintenance of test facilities and equipment crucial for high-current evaluations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and execute electrical tests under supervision
• Perform laboratory measurements and record results
• Operate and maintain electrical test instruments
• Build and modify test fixtures for testing purposes
• Document tests and calibrate equipment regularly
Requirements:
• Certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or related discipline
• Two years of lab experience in electrical testing
• Knowledge of calibration and troubleshooting practices
• Skills in electrical analysis and reporting
• Physically capable of handling equipment under 30lbs
