Full job description
Kitchen Duties:
– Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
– Take ownership of inventory management and stock rotation
– Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
– Operate POS system for order taking and payment processing
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure all staff are following the same kitchen procedures and ensuring efficient workflow
Clubhouse Duties:
-Assist customers with booking tee times and answer customer questions
– Check in golfers for their tee times
– Accurately use POS system and take payment
– Manage rental of Golf Carts following rental guidelines, maintaining cleanliness and proper parking locations
– Assist with tournament set up and execution
– Provide excellent customer service to our customers
– Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food industry or kitchen environment is preferred
– Strong time management skills to ensure timely preparation of food items
– Ability to work well in a team setting and communicate effectively with colleagues
– Attention to detail to ensure accurate preparation and presentation of food
– Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
-Knowledge of golf and the industry is an asset but not required

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
