As part of our growth, we are expanding our team and currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic kitchen staff.
Position Overview:We are hiring for various positions in our kitchen to support the culinary operations at Mariner Brewing. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and standards.
Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitation and safety standards.
Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality food to our customers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
