Overview
Carmella’s Pizza Parlor is a new locally-owned restaurant opening in Boerne, Texas, and part of the 28 Songs family of restaurants. Inspired by classic neighborhood pizza parlors, Carmella’s will feature New York-style and Detroit-style pizzas, hot sandwiches, fresh salads, house-made gelato, and a casual beer and wine bar.
We’re building a team of hospitality professionals who take pride in their work, support one another, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Whether in the kitchen or front of house, every team member plays an important role in delivering great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties
Prepares ingredients for daily service including dough, sauces, cheeses, meats, vegetables, salads, and sandwiches. Maintains organization, cleanliness, and product quality throughout the kitchen.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant, food preparation, bakery, deli, grocery, or kitchen experience is preferred. Candidates should be dependable, organized, able to follow recipes and procedures, and committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
Pay: $14.00 – $18.00 per hour
