Qualifications
Minimum 2 years management experience in a fast-paced food service operation
At least 5 years experience in a fast-paced food service operation
Red Seal or equivalent training required
Strong communication skills
Health & Safety Certification
Job Responsibilities:
Provides direction for all day-to-day operations
Provides guidance and direction to subordinates
Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently
Supervises and coordinates activities of cooks and workers engaged in food preparation
Monitors the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
Maintains purchasing, receiving and food storage standards.
Prepares and cooks foods of all types
Supervise, mentor, and monitor kitchen leadership teams
